SafeMSI is a program that can be used when booted to Safe Mode on any version of Windows NT (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, etc.). It enables users to uninstall programs when the Windows Installer service is not started.
To use SafeMSI.exe when booted to Safe Mode on any version of Windows NT (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, etc..), just double-click or run it. When the computer is in safe mode, the Windows Installer service isn’t started so most programs can’t be uninstalled.
